Welcome to the Martha’s Vineyard Teddy Bear Suite Fundraiser. We’re heading into our 15th year of magical holiday traditions, where family memories are made, and the money raised goes to help the Martha’s Vineyard Boys & Girls Club.
We’re delighted to announce that we are heading back to the Harbor View Hotel for the 2025 MV Teddy Bear Suite experience during the Christmas in Edgartown weekend. Beautiful weather, and a great turnout! Our online donations ran through December 31st, 2024.

Our annual holiday fundraiser has both a magical, real-world, home in Edgartown on Martha’s Vineyard, as well as its virtual, online presence here on the website and social media.
Different Locations But Same Goal – Holiday Magic + Fundraising That Helps The Children Of Martha’s Vineyard

After starting off at the Harbor View Hotel 15 years ago, the Martha’s Vineyard Teddy Bear Suite moved to Nevin Square (both inside, and outside during the pandemic), another hotel in Edgartown, our offices, and now this year, we’re thrilled to be back where it all started at the Harbor View Hotel.

Martha’s Vineyard Teddy Bear Suite Has Now Raised $467,750+ For The MV Boys & Girls Club
Last year, our 2024 fundraising drive launched on Giving Tuesday (December 3rd) and with incredible support and generosity, we raised $23,865! That fundraising total included a Point B 50% matching donation. In all, we raised $41,725!
The annual holiday event has now raised $467,750+ to date for the Martha’s Vineyard Boys & Girls Club and its amazing After School programs that serve hundreds of elementary school-aged children and their families. The fundraiser now raises enough money each year to fund the vital, core food program that is helping solve food security and childhood hunger on the Vineyard. Sadly a very real, and large issue.

After The Bell Food Security Program has been a tremendous success. The program provides free meals, snacks, and meals-to-go for its members. Membership has soared 200% in two years. The Club is now rescuing and redistributing about 1,000 pounds of food surplus every week from island grocers, markets, and farms. The Club has become the leading youth development organization on the Vineyard.

This is a proactive program and a comprehensive approach that is working and making a real difference on Martha’s Vineyard. We are proud to have supported this vital food program from its launch. As the need has become bigger, the Club continues to expand its safety net of programming. It is now serving about 350 children each week. It adds up to about 5,500 prepared meals and snacks a month at no cost for the member families. The Club is providing packaged family meals to go, and has added the Blue Door Pantry which every month provides 50+ families with access to perishable and non-perishable food, hygiene products, cleaning products, and essential wearables. The safety net starts with food but extends well beyond that.

#MVTEDDYBEARSUITE Social Media Hashtag
Our popular social media feed spotlight is back again this year. Our Social Media Photo Feed automatically pulls all photos from Facebook and Instagram accounts and feeds, that use our #mvteddybearsuite hashtag. This figures prominently into the Martha’s Vineyard Teddy Bear Suite and each year hundreds of people use it for everything Teddy Bear Suite-related.

So, whether you join in the fun of sharing photos or videos from the new Teddy Bear Suite or follow us for fundraising updates, this is our prime social media way to go.
